Real Estate Surveyor - Gurgaon

Responsibilities

• Conduct building stacking, site surveys, property inspections, and measurements across Gurgaon.
• Carry out market surveys to gather accurate data on rental trends, availability, competitive properties, and upcoming developments in Gurgaon.
• Identify potential clients and business leads within the Gurgaon commercial and residential market.
• Support lead generation through field visits, networking, and market mapping.
• Prepare detailed survey reports, audit checklists, and market intelligence summaries.
• Collaborate with internal teams for transaction advisory, valuations, and business development activities.
• Conducting market research: Gathering information and data on consumer trends, market conditions,
• and competitors to assess the potential demand for retail spaces in specific areas.
• Identifying target markets: Identifying and analysing target markets based on demographic factors, customer preferences, and retail industry trends to help leasing teams make informed decisions.
• Building relationships: Developing and maintaining relationships with property owners, tenants, and industry professionals to stay updated on market dynamics and potential leasing opportunities.
• Data Collection: Conducting thorough research to gather data on the retail market in various cities and regions across India. This involves collecting information on market trends, competitor analysis, consumer behaviour, and rental rates.
• Travel for market survey & business purpose.
• Conducting Market Research: Gathering information and data on consumer trends, market conditions, and competitors to assess the potential demand for office spaces in specific areas.
• Customer Relationships: Developing and maintaining relationships with property owners, tenants, and industry professionals to stay updated on market dynamics and potential office leasing opportunities.
• Data Collection: Conducting thorough research to gather data on the office space market in Gurgaon. This involves collecting information on market trends, competitor analysis, corporate behaviour, and rental rates.
• Proposals and Site inspection: Sending proposals to teams with all the necessary catchment details.
• Providing potential tenants with an inspection of properties, highlighting the valuable features of the office premises to convince and influence lease decisions.
• Communication Management: Ensuring the highest quality of communication is maintained with tenants, landlords, and clients through emails and phone calls.

Must Have

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience as a surveyor.
• Mandatory exposure to the Gurgaon real estate market with strong geographical and market understanding.
• Proficiency in building layouts, stacking plans, measurements, and survey documentation.
• Experience conducting market intelligence surveys and gathering competitive data.
• Strong communication, client coordination, and report-writing skills.
• Good command of MS Excel, MS Office, and survey reporting tools.
• Ability to work independently, manage field activities, and meet strict timelines.
