Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement procurement strategies for timely and cost-effective sourcing.
Identify, evaluate, and empanel reliable vendors and suppliers.
Float inquiries, prepare comparative statements, and finalize vendors.
Ensure timely procurement of materials as per project schedules.
Maintain accurate purchase orders, agreements, and vendor records.
Key Skills & Competencies
Strong knowledge of construction & finishing materials.
Excellent negotiation and vendor management skills.
Proficiency in ERP systems, MS Excel, and procurement software.
Must Have
- Bachelor Degree or Higher
- Prefered from Real Estate / Construction industry
- Excellent Communication skills
