Procurement & Purchase Location 
Khar West / Project Sites Reporting To 
AGM/DGM – Procurement Role Overview 
Responsible for managing procurement activities across all real estate projects, including
vendor sourcing, negotiations, and material procurement. Key Responsibilities 
* Develop and implement procurement strategies for timely and cost-effective sourcing. 
* Identify, evaluate, and empanel reliable vendors and suppliers. 
* Float inquiries, prepare comparative statements, and finalize vendors. 
* Ensure timely procurement of materials as per project schedules. 
* Maintain accurate purchase orders, agreements, and vendor records. Key Skills & Competencies 
* Strong knowledge of construction & finishing materials. 
* Excellent negotiation and vendor management skills. 
* Proficiency in ERP systems, MS Excel, and procurement software. Qualifications & Experience 
Graduate with Preferred MBA in Supply Chain. 8–12 years of experience in
Purchase/Procurement (Real Estate – mandatory

Must Have

  • B tech in Civil Engineering
  • NICMAR \ PGDM

    • Experience in handling Residential or Commercial Projects from Excavation to Handover
