Designation: SME - HVAC
Location: Gurgaon
Salary Range: 10 LPA to 16 LPA
Responsibilities
- Overall operation and maintenance of centralized HVAC systems including chillers, AHUs, FCUs, cooling towers, and ventilation systems.
- Plan and execute preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance activities for HVAC assets.
- Lead troubleshooting and root cause analysis for major HVAC failures and system inefficiencies.
- Coordinate with OEMs, AMC vendors, and service contractors for maintenance and repairs.
- Ensure compliance with statutory, safety, and environmental norms related to HVAC operations.
- Maintain technical documentation, SOPs, logbooks, and maintenance records.
- Train and guide HVAC engineers, technicians, and site teams on best practices.
Must Have
- B.Tech/ Diploma in Electrical (HVAC Preferred)
Nice to have
- Good communication skills with interpersonal skills
- Strong knowledge of HVAC, operation, and maintenance for large commercial facilities.
