 Designation : Security Manager

 Location : Bangalore

Salary Range : 70,000- 80,000 in hand per month

Job Description:

-Supervise, train, and schedule security staff; manage compliance and manpower records.

Maintain security policies, SOPs, and ensure knowledge of fire & life safety systems.

-Oversee access control, CCTV, patrolling, visitor management, and material movement.

-Conduct investigations, incident reporting, and review after-hours security reports.

-Coordinate fire drills, emergency response, disaster management plans, and hospital/law enforcement liaison.

-Liaise with Property Manager, clients, and vendors; lead weekly meetings and share MOM.

-Interview, approve, and monitor performance of contract security staff.

-Manage security budgets and staffing requirements.
