Role Overview:
We are seeking a seasoned Manager – Technical Operations to manage end-to-end technical operations and maintenance for commercial properties, ensuring smooth functioning, compliance, and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee O&M of commercial buildings, including MEP systems
Ensure statutory compliance, safety audits, and certifications
Manage technical teams, vendors, and AMCs
Plan and execute PPM & breakdown maintenance
Drive energy efficiency and cost optimization initiatives
Coordinate with clients and internal stakeholders
Candidate Profile:
BE/BTech/Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering
12+ years of relevant experience in commercial property handling
Strong knowledge of MEP, compliance, and facility operations
Excellent team and stakeholder management skills
