Role: Senior Property Manager

Location: Bangalore (Whitefield)

Industry: Facility Management

Salary Range: 10 LPA to 13 LPA

Qualification: BE / BTech – Electrical or Mechanical

Key Responsibilities:

• Overall management of mall operations with a focus on property and facility management.

• Operation & maintenance of all utilities, including electrical, mechanical, HVAC, plumbing, and firefighting systems.

• Ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of the mall and adherence to safety and statutory compliance.

• Vendor management, coordination with tenants, and handling client expectations.

• Planning preventive maintenance and managing breakdowns effectively.

• Preparing budgets, controlling costs, and monitoring operational performance.

Candidate Profile:

• Proven experience in handling shopping malls.

• Strong technical knowledge of utility operations and maintenance.

• Excellent communication skills in English.

• Ability to manage teams, vendors, and multiple stakeholders effectively.
