Designation: Technical Manager

Location: Gurgaon

Salary Range: ₹8.50 LPA – ₹9.50 LPA

Qualification: BTech – Electrical / Mechanical

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee day-to-day technical operations of residential sites.

• Handle electrical, mechanical, HVAC, plumbing, firefighting, and STP/WTP systems.

• Ensure preventive and breakdown maintenance of all MEP services.

• Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and AMC service providers.

• Monitor statutory compliance, safety norms, and regulatory requirements.

• Supervise technical teams and ensure smooth site operations.

• Prepare maintenance plans, budgets, and reports.

• Attend to escalations related to technical issues and ensure timely resolution.

• Ensure quality, uptime, and cost-effective facility operations.

Key Requirements:

• Experience in handling residential facilities/sites is mandatory.

• Strong knowledge of MEP systems and facility operations.

• Good communication skills in English.

• Ability to manage teams, vendors, and multiple stakeholders effectively.
