Designation: Security Manager

Location: Gurgaon

Salary Range: 9 LPA

Key Responsibilities: 

·  Lead the implementation and integration of the Physical Security Policy and Administrative Procedures Manual across residential properties and communities.

·  Manage all aspects of residential physical security, including asset protection, resident safety, workplace violence prevention, access control systems, CCTV/video surveillance, and perimeter security.

·  Collect, analyze, and validate security intelligence relevant to residential operations; assess the reliability and credibility of sources to support informed decision-making.

·  Lead investigations related to security incidents, accidents, resident complaints, and sensitive matters within residential premises.

·  Maintain strong working relationships with local, state, and central law enforcement agencies, emergency services, and community safety organizations.

·  Drive process improvement initiatives to enhance security controls, risk mitigation, and operational efficiency in residential security management.

·  Conduct and/or supervise regular security training programs for security staff and vendors on a weekly and monthly basis, including emergency response and resident safety protocols.

·  Ensure timely preparation and sharing of incident reports, FIRs, and investigation findings with property management, residents’ associations, and relevant stakeholders.
