Designation : Client Relationship Executive
Location: Mumbai
Salary Range : 5 LPA - 6 LPA
Responsibilities :
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, responding to inquiries and providing assistance
with all aspects of car rental /Hotel /MICE and Conference services
- Foster strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and expectations, aiding in customer
retention and satisfaction.
-Handle client complaints and feedback effectively, ensuring that issues are resolved promptly and
satisfactorily.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify potential leads, assist in upselling services, and promote
special offers.
-Service Coordination: Coordinate with operational teams to ensure timely delivery and maintenance
of rental vehicles, aligning with client schedules and requirements
Nice To Have
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Hospitality, or a related field. ∙
- Previous experience in customer service, client relations, or sales, preferably in the car rental or travel industry.
Nice To Have
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi and Marathi
- Familiarity with the car rental industry and local market trends is a plus.
