Designation : Hotel Operations Executive

Location : Mumbai

Salary Range : 35,000 - 38,000 in hand per month.

Responsibilities :

· Daily Operations Management: Oversee day-to-day operations of the hotel booking /FIT/Group /MICE , ensuring all departments adhere to quality standards and deliver an exceptional guest experience.

· Guest Relations: Maintain a strong presence in the hotel and interact with guests to ensure their needs are met. Address and resolve any guest complaints or issues promptly.

· Knowledges of booking OTT Plateform : Candidate should have a good enough knowledges of OTT plaform for rate comprasion and have a great skill of negotiation with Hotels .

· Quality Assurance: check on daily booking FIT for guest checking smoothly also maintain the booking data sales and buying .

· Training & Development: Assist in training new staff members on operational procedures and guest service excellence, promoting a culture of continuous improvement.

· Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels of supplies and materials, implementing cost-control measures to minimize waste and optimize resources.
