M145 Facility Executive(Pest Control) - Chennai

Location: Chennai

Designation: Facility Executive (Pest Control)

Salary Range: 35,000 to 40,000 in hand per month 

Responsibilities:

· To ensure coordination with the regional client and the vendor for scheduling the services

· To ensure the schedules are executed and the service reports are generated

· To support the vendor for allowing the service at the client branch to maintain the timeline

· To ensure the data management with respect to area of the client branches like SQ ft in case increase or decrease which would impact our billing .

· To conduct the client branch visits as and when required and MOM to be shared with concerned team

· To support the MIS team for colleting monthly service reports  and any concern shared .

· To support the  Back end team for timely billing  and connect with client for any additional services with  additional billing

· To coordinate with the vendor for smooth services at respective branches and in case of any issue resolve ain coordination with either client branch of corporate office team.

· To coordinate with vendors, check and submit invoices for timely pay-out.

· To prepare various site related reports, MMR, QBR, DDR etc.
