Job Title: Property Manager (Technical) -Handling large Commercial Sites.
Location: Noida
CTC: Upto 11 LPA
Experience: 5+ years in managing commercial properties.
Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operations of commercial properties
- Oversee maintenance, repairs, and renovations
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Manage budgets and financial reporting
- Lead a team of technical staff

- Should handle commercial sites.
- Should have experience in asset management, etc.
Must Have
- BE/BTech or equivalent in relevant field
- 5+ years of experience in commercial property management
