Designation: Facility Executive- Soft Services
Location: Hyderabad
Salary Range: 30,000 in hand per month
Key Responsibilities:
• Housekeeping Maintenance of all common areas, basements, common rest rooms. Maintain premises clean, tidy and hygienic.
•Ensuring Weekly maintenance of complete food court including kitchen, common area, basements and common rest rooms.
•Planning & Scheduling of maintenance of all Housekeeping and food court assets.
• Ensuring training to all HK/food court staff on a regular basis for quality service deliverables.
•Prepare SOP, HK plan and checklist and executed on site.
•To measure the effectiveness of housekeeping and agency staff & conduct training of the Vendor Staff .
•Daily supervision of the housekeeping staff, including the day, event and post-event and supervision.
•To ensure safe chemicals, below threshold value, are used and MSDS followed.
Must Have
- Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management/ B.A/B.COM or Diploma in Hotel Management
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge about housekeeping chemicals
- Client relationship management
