Designation: Facility Manager (Soft Services)
Location - Hyderabad
Salary Range - 45,000 - 56,000 in hand per month
Qualification: Graduate
Responsibilities:
• Ensure overall maintenance and management of the site operations.
• Interact and co-ordinate with client representatives.
• Crisis management.
• Identify avenues for cost control and implement the same.
• Lead a team of Assistant Managers / Shift In-charge and other site personnel and allocate shifts
(Wherever applicable).
• Co-ordinate and control vendor personnel.
• Selection, induction and training of new recruits at the site.
• Maintenance of site records and funds management.
• Submit site reports on a weekly basis to the Core Team.
• Adhere to policies and procedures applicable to the FM function.
• Responsible for Managing Site Profitability.
Must Have
- Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management/B.A/B.COM or Diploma in Hotel Management
- Excellent English communication
- 6- 8 years in facility industry
