Location: Chennai

Designation: Multi Skill Technician (MST)

Salary Range: 25,000 to 30,000 in hand per month 

Responsibilities:

• ∙Ensure overall maintenance and management of the site including infrastructure, common assets and 
• services including security, housekeeping, HVAC system, lifts, building management system, gardens 
• etc. 
• ∙Interact and co-ordinate with client representatives. 
• ∙Crisis management. 
• ∙Identify avenues for cost control and implement the same. 
• ∙Lead a team of Housekeeping / Guest Relations/ Helpdesk/Technical Team and other site personnel 
• and allocate shifts (wherever applicable). 
• ∙Co-ordinate and control vendor personnel. 
• ∙Selection, induction and training of new recruits at the site. 
• ∙Maintenance of site records and funds management. 
• ∙Submit site reports on a weekly basis to the Core Team. 
• ∙Adhere to policies and procedures applicable to the FM function. 
• ∙Responsible for Managing Site Profitability.
