M124 Shift Engineer - New delhi

Job Opening with an MNC

Mandatory experince in Mall atleast for 2 years 

Budget : 30,000 to 37,000 in hand per month 

Location : Delhi 

QUALIFICATION: BE/Btech/Diploma - Electrical or Mechanical

About the Role:

• Monitor, operate, and maintain all building services systems including HVAC, DG sets, Electrical panels, STP, WTP, Fire-fighting systems, and plumbing network.
• Respond to breakdowns, troubleshoot faults, and ensure timely rectification to minimize downtime.
• Maintain daily logbooks, checklists, and incident reports for shift operations.
• Coordinate with external vendors/contractors for scheduled maintenance activities.
• Ensure compliance with DPCC, Fire Department, and other statutory requirements related to building services.

Key Criteria:

• Diploma/Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering with 3-5 years of experience in facility management or building maintenance.
• Hands-on knowledge of HVAC, electrical panels, pumps, fire systems, and BMS operations.
• Ability to lead a team of technicians and manage shift operations independently.
• Strong communication, problem-solving skills, and ability to work under pressure.
