1â2 years of experience in real estate, construction, or project monitoring preferred.
B.E. Civil / PG in Construction Management (NICMAR or RICS preferred)

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct due diligence for construction cost, BOQ, project schedules, approvals, and FSI/FAR reviews.
Monitor ongoing project progress, identify schedule or budget overruns, and support sales/cashflow tracking.
Review site safety, quality assurance, and quality control processes.
