Designation : Helpdesk Executive

Location : Bangalore

Salary Range : 25,000 - 27,000 in hand.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead and supervise technical staff including electricians, HVAC technicians, plumbers, and fitters.
• Ensure smooth operation and maintenance of electrical, HVAC, plumbing, fire-fighting, and utility systems.
• Plan and execute preventive maintenance schedules as per SOPs.
• Handle breakdown maintenance and emergency situations efficiently.
• Monitor daily operations, logbooks, and checklists.
• Coordinate with vendors, AMC providers, and service contractors.
• Ensure compliance with safety norms, statutory regulations, and PTW systems.
• Monitor energy consumption and support energy-saving initiatives.
• Attend and resolve client or occupant technical complaints within defined TAT.
• Ensure availability of tools, spares, and consumables.
• Prepare and submit reports related to maintenance activities, incidents, and audits.
