Location: Hyderabad
Salary: ₹37,000 Take Home
Key Responsibilities:
▪️ Handle day-to-day technical operations and maintenance activities
▪️ Coordinate with vendors and service providers for smooth operations
▪️ Monitor preventive and breakdown maintenance activities
▪️ Ensure proper functioning of building systems and equipment
▪️ Strong knowledge of Electrical, HVAC, DG, UPS, and MEP systems
▪️ Experience in vendor coordination and maintenance handling
▪️ Exposure to corporate property operations preferred
▪️ Maintain service records and technical reports
Must Have
- Bachelor Degree or Higher
- Experience in technical facility management
- Good communication and coordination skills
