Designation : Facility Executive ( Technical )

Salary : 22,000 to 25,000 in hand per month 

Responsibilities :

• Operation and maintenance of DG Sets, HVAC systems, Chillers.

• Preparing daily updates including equipment readings, logs, and reports.

 • Tracking and resolving pending complaints with proper follow-up.

 • Coordinating with vendors for maintenance and service work. 

• Ensuring preventive and corrective maintenance of all systems.

 • Monitoring performance of critical equipment and reporting issues.

 • Maintaining safety standards and compliance across the facility.
