Facility Executive (Soft Service)
Salary range - 25,000 in hand
Location: Chennai
Qualification: Graduation
Applicants should have minimum 2-3 years of experience in managing soft services like housekeeping, cafeteria, client relationship, vendor coordination, team management, budget, compliance, mis report, Technical etc.
Responsibilities
- Ensuring all HK operations are carried on in an appropriate way.
- Improving Operational process and best practices.
- Cater to Client concerns and provide effective solutions.
- Coordination with all Departments for operational requirements.
- Effectively communicating with all levels of the organization.
- Handling the guest and coordinate with the front desk/Admin team
- Monitoring the executing the quality deliverance
- Prepare Billing and Payroll Attendance and process for tax invoice and Salary of the staff.
- Plan, Organize, Co-ordinate, Direct, Train, And Mentor Subordinate Staff.
- Handled the front desk
Must Have
- Any bachelor's degree or Higher
- 2-3 years of experience in soft service
