Job Title: Facility Executive – Soft Services

Salary: ₹36,000 (In-hand per month)

Job Summary:
The Facility Executive – Soft Services will be responsible for managing soft service operations at a corporate office site, ensuring a clean, hygienic, and well-maintained workplace while delivering high service standards as per client expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise housekeeping and other soft service staff at the corporate office
Ensure daily service delivery as per SLA and corporate standards
Conduct routine inspections of office areas, washrooms, pantry, and common spaces
Coordinate with client representatives and address service-related issues
Manage staff attendance, duty rosters, and vendor coordination
Ensure adherence to safety, hygiene, and statutory compliance
Requirements:
2–5 years of experience in soft services within corporate offices
Experience with IFM MNCs preferred
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Good knowledge of housekeeping chemicals, equipment, and processes
