Job Title: EHS Manager – Base build (High-Rise Project)

Job Description:

We are hiring an experienced EHS Manager (Environment, Health & Safety) for the Base build phase of a high-rise greenfield project. The role requires strong expertise in EHS management for 30-storey high-rise construction with mandatory exposure to PEB (Pre-Engineered Buildings).

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end EHS management for Base build works of a high-rise construction project.

• Develop, implement, and monitor EHS plans, SOPs, risk assessments, and safety compliance frameworks.

• Ensure full statutory compliance as per local regulations, NBC norms, and client EHS standards.

• Manage and guide the site safety team; conduct safety audits, toolbox talks, inductions, and training programs.

• Coordinate closely with construction teams, consultants, and contractors to ensure a zero-incident work environment.

• Identify hazards proactively and implement corrective and preventive safety measures across the site.

Key Requirements:

• 8–10 years of relevant experience in EHS for high-rise construction projects.

• Mandatory experience in 30-storey or similar high-rise greenfield projects.

• Mandatory exposure to PEB (Pre-Engineered Buildings).

• Strong knowledge of EHS laws, NBC guidelines, and construction safety practices.

• Excellent communication, coordination, and leadership skills.
