Key Responsibilities
Manage and monitor day-to-day technical operations of residential premises
Handle maintenance of electrical systems, HVAC, plumbing, pumps, DG sets, and STP/WTP
Carry out preventive and breakdown maintenance activities
Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and AMC contractors
Ensure compliance with safety standards and statutory requirements
Attend resident complaints and ensure timely resolution
Maintain maintenance records, logs, and reports
Support audits, inspections, and technical documentation
Mandatory Requirements
Residential facility management experience is mandatory
Diploma / Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
Minimum 2–4 years of experience in Facility Management
Sound knowledge of building services and equipment
