Designation : Shift Engineer

Location : New Delhi

Budget : 4.5 LPA - 5 LPA. 

Responsibilities :

• Operate, maintain, and repair HVAC, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Perform routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and equipment monitoring.
• Monitor and adjust Building Management Systems (BMS/BAS).
• Respond to service calls, alarms, and emergency situations.
• Troubleshoot system issues and perform corrective repairs.
• Maintain logs, records, and maintenance documentation.
• Ensure compliance with safety policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.
• Coordinate shift handovers and communicate ongoing issues to management.
