🔍 Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Property Manager to oversee residential property operations for large-scale residential sites. The role involves end-to-end facility management, stakeholder coordination, and ensuring high standards of service delivery.

🛠 Key Roles & Responsibilities

• Manage complete facility management operations for residential properties, including MEP, soft services, and security.

• Oversee maintenance planning and execution for electrical, mechanical, HVAC, plumbing, and firefighting systems.

• Ensure vendor management, SLA compliance, and service quality across all residential FM services.

• Handle resident escalations, ensuring timely resolution and high customer satisfaction.

• Monitor statutory compliance, safety standards, audits, and documentation for residential sites.

• Prepare and manage budgets, OPEX control, MI reports, and monthly performance reviews.

• Coordinate with RWAs, developers, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless operations.

• Lead, train, and manage on-site FM teams for efficient service delivery.

✅ Requirements & Skills

• Qualification: BE / B Tech in Electrical Engineering (mandatory).

• Experience: Significant experience in residential property is mandatory.

• Strong understanding of IFM operations in residential environments.

• Excellent English communication skills (mandatory).

• Proven experience in client & resident relationship management.

• Good knowledge of safety regulations, statutory compliance, and audits.

• Ability to manage large teams and multiple vendors effectively.
