Job Opening with an MNC
Designation:  Helpdesk Executive
Location: Mumbai
Salary Range: 25,000 - 27,000 in hand per month


Key Responsibilities:

·         Attend call from residents regarding any requests/ complaints mentioned in the                    scope  of services.

·         Helpdesk will be the single point of contact for all queries / requests / complaints.

·         Attending the complaints/concerns over the call.

·         Alloting the complaints/concern to the related department.

·         Preparing the MIS for the complaints on monthly basis.

·         Client relationship management

·         Vendor management in coordination with the assistant facility manager.

·         Daily reporting and interaction with staff to assess the operations status.
