📍 Location: Gurgaon

💰 CTC: ₹6.5 – ₹7 LPA

Role Overview:

We are looking for an Electrical Engineer to support design, execution, and maintenance of electrical systems within property management operations, ensuring safety, compliance, and efficient project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and support electrical systems and installations

• Conduct testing, analysis, and troubleshooting of electrical systems

• Prepare technical drawings, specifications, and documentation

• Manage projects, budgets, and coordinate technicians and vendors

• Ensure compliance with statutory codes, safety standards, and regulations

• Perform risk assessments and implement safety measures

• Collaborate with clients, contractors, and cross-functional teams

Key Skills & Requirements:

• Proficiency in CAD/CAM and strong electrical fundamentals

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

• Experience in property / facility management projects preferred

• Strong communication, coordination, and documentation abilities

• High attention to detail and compliance focus
