Designation : Helpdesk Executive 

Location : Hyderabad

Salary Range : 21,000 in hand 

Responsibilities: 

• Attending the complaints/concerns over the call
• Alloting the complaints/concern to the related department
• Preparing the MIS for the complaints on monthly basis.
• Client relationship management
• Vendor management in coordination with the assistant facility manager
• Maintain MIS that supports client in taking critical decisions related to Facility infrastructure.
• Ensure quality management, health, safety and environmental guidelines and processes of client/ KFPSPL are implemented by staff.
• Daily reporting and interaction with staff to assess the operations status.
