Position: Assistant Manager – Technical (Electrical)
Location: Bangalore
Salary Range: 7 LPA to 9 LPA

Job Responsibilities:
Oversee utility and electrical maintenance for mall properties.
Manage operation and maintenance (O&M) of electrical systems including HT/LT panels, DG sets, UPS, transformers, and lighting systems.
Ensure smooth property management operations with a focus on technical services.
Coordinate with vendors and service providers for maintenance activities.
Ensure compliance with safety standards, statutory norms, and client requirements.
Handle breakdowns, preventive maintenance schedules, and energy management.
Support mall operations with effective troubleshooting and technical supervision.
Prepare reports, documentation, and maintenance records.
Communicate effectively with clients, tenants, and internal teams.
Eligibility Criteria:
Qualification: BE / BTech / Diploma in Electrical Engineering
Experience: Mandatory mall handling experience in facility management
Strong knowledge of electrical utilities and O&M
Excellent communication skills in English
Ability to manage teams and handle multiple technical responsibilities
