Designation: General Manager – Business Development & Corporate Finance
Location: Mumbai (MMR)
Salary: 20 LPA - 35 LPA

Responsibilities
1. Business Development
- Evaluate new development opportunities in the MMR market.
- Prepare feasibility reports and financial models to assess project profitability.
- Assist in due diligence and documentation for new acquisitions.
- Maintain a repository of reviewed opportunities and coordinate with brokers and market
intermediaries.
2. Corporate Finance
- Prepare financial models and loan proposals for discussions with prospective financiers.
- Assist in documentation and post-disbursement monitoring with counterparties.
3. Program Management for Ongoing Projects
- Maintain and update MIS, budgets, and project schedules regularly.
- Ensure timely reporting and tracking of ongoing project performance.
Must Have
Requirements
- Minimum 8 years of work experience in a Business Development role in the MMR market.
- Strong understanding of DCPR regulations and experience evaluating projects in Mumbai.
- Excellent financial modeling and presentation skills.
- Experience in corporate finance or fundraising is an added advantage.
- Prior experience in a Mumbai-based development team is highly preferred.
- Proven track record in project feasibility evaluation.
