Designation : Civil Engineer
Location : New Delhi
Budget : 5 LPA - 6LPA
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage day-to-day civil maintenance of facilities including flooring, painting, plastering, tiling, waterproofing, doors, windows, façade, and civil finishes.
- Plan and execute preventive and corrective maintenance schedules for civil assets.
- Conduct regular facility inspections and condition assessments to identify defects and maintenance requirements.
- Coordinate with FM vendors and service partners for repair and maintenance activities.
- Prepare BOQs, estimates, and scope of work for civil maintenance and minor renovation jobs.
- Ensure quality control, safety compliance, and adherence to SOPs during maintenance activities.
- Handle fit-outs, refurbishments, and minor modifications within occupied premises with minimal business disruption.
- Monitor waterproofing systems, structural cracks, seepage, and wear & tear issues and ensure timely rectification.
- Maintain asset registers, drawings, maintenance records, and MIS reports.
- Support internal & external audits, statutory compliance, and EHS requirements.
Must Have
- Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
- Hands-on experience in Mall.
- Ability to work in live / occupied environments.
- Knowledge of safety standards, fire & statutory compliance related to buildings.
